Current investments in Copenhagen

In 2007 41 foreign companies have located in Copenhagen. As shown in the figure below this number is moderate compared to previous years.

Some main points about these 41 foreign investments are:

• 12 out of the 41 foreign investments so far in 2007 come from the US and five of these are within the life science sector. Six projects are from German-based companies
• 12 out of the 41 foreign investments are regional headquarter projects while there are three research & development projects. 20 projects are companies establishing sales & marketing activities
• 12 out of the 41 foreign investments are within the business service sector group while nine are within life science
