Business District and has a unique infrastructure situated next to
the Øresund Bridge which connects the Copenhagen Region with
Southern Sweden.
The Copenhagen International Airport is located just 8 km from
the city centre. From the airport there are motorway and train
connections to Copenhagen and Malmø. The airport is the hub for
many companies including SAS, Star Alliance, DHL and FedEx.
"Scanport on the Øresund Sound" in an active maritime
environment located just north of the airport. "Scanport of the
Øresund" offers office space as there are currently plans to build
100.000 m2 edifices.
The Airport District is attractive to companies who need to send
their goods to customers throughout Europe, at very short

Recently, Copenhagen International Airport acquired an area of
420,000 m2 where it will open an international cargo centre to
service the entire Øresund Region. Copenhagen International Airport
is planning to build railway tracks leading to the area and it owns

harbour could be expanded and equipped to handle small container
vessels. This Intermodal Transport Centre called the Copenhagen
Airport Business Park offers an excellent location for businesses
within transportation and logistics and will be of particular
interest and offer unique opportunities for all kinds of business
that can benefit from the integration of several or all forms of
transport and infrastructure.
